Quick Tip #6: Landscape Lighting

Landscape Lighting.

This can be a very big budget item.  But the good news is that it can be very easily added later.  Often people get “budget fatigue” by the end of a project. Some things are essential right away (like sprinklers and grass), but the other items to consider for later can always be added on.  Fountains and accent lighting can make the yard truly special…but can be phased into your plan in the years to come.

It is important to get them on your initial plan, so that the trades can do their pre-work.  This will save you time and money when you actually go to install them.
