My clients had seen my work and liked my approach. But when they came to me to build their dream home, they had no idea about where to start. That is, until we found the perfect lot in the Crestmoor Park area of Denver and I helped them get it under contract. We talked about what kinds of homes they liked, going through an exhaustive process to determine the size, style, and feel of the home. Then we brought in the right architect to realize that vision. They trusted that Eve’s Creations would produce what they wanted on time and on budget. More importantly, they felt comfortable that I could help them bring their dream to life.That trust enabled me to work to my full potential — and achieve a result that they love. I was the point person for every finish inside and outside of their home. I fiercely guarded their budget, and meticulously ensured quality control throughout the 2 year project. My clients were essentially starting over, so I was thrilled to help them fully furnish their entire home, even down to procuring fine art and commissioning special pieces for the family.
